Welcome to G-Lab.

Global Entrepreneurship Lab is the flagship emerging market consulting internship course at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Since 2000, our teams have provided high impact consulting services to more than 250 startup and growing companies.  Our teams work on the problems host companies want to fix.

if you are a potential host company, please look over this site: our goal is to give you a simple introduction to what G-Lab is, how it works, and what the benefits and obligations are for host companies.

Each G-Lab team is composed of 4 second-year MIT MBA students.  Teams work for their host companies on a 4-month consulting engagement: 3 months remotely from MIT and at least 3 weeks in January, full-time, on-site at your company.  Host companies choose their project's scope and determine the deliverables their teams will create.

Host companies pay no fee to MIT or their team.  We do ask that they reimburse airline expenses and provide simple, safe lodging while their teams are in-country.

If your firm is considering becoming a host company for G-Lab, or if you have other questions or ideas,  please contact us at: glab-faculty@mit.edu.
